Ask the casino: the Gambling Commission says a gambling business should tell you which ADR provider to use and give you contact details. Then check that name on the Commission’s approved list of eight, on a row covering remote (online) play.

| ADR Group | Remote, plus three | None |
| Pegasus | Four, none Remote | Free |
| Blexr | Remote | Free |
| CEDR | Remote, plus three | To be confirmed |
| eCOGRA | All sectors | Free |
| IBAS | Remote, Casino, plus four | Free |
| ProMediate | All sectors | None |

Read 3 October 2026 from the Commission’s list. Your casino’s deadlock letter may name the provider; then check its licence and status.
Questions
When can I take a casino complaint to ADR? Per the Commission’s player guidance, use the casino’s own complaints procedure first. If you are not satisfied, after 8 weeks you can take it to ADR, a free, independent service. ADR will not take customer-service complaints or a refused bet.
Can I complain to IBAS about an online casino? Only if IBAS is the provider your casino names. On the Commission’s list, IBAS’s row covers Remote (all sectors) and names Casino, and its fee line says the service is free of charge to consumers.
Is the Commission’s ADR list up to date? The list reads ‘Last updated: 15 January 2025’ and calls its providers approved by the Commission. Licence condition 6.1.1 (read 3 October 2026) defines an ADR entity by Secretary of State accreditation under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
